You won't have time to read books with the new sex chair.
I have read both A Short History and Fast Food Nation. I remember liking A Short History but I do not remember a single thing about it. But then I like Bill Bryson. Fast Food Nation bothered me immensely. Can't wait to hear your thoughts on it!
Didion's book is far superior to Frey's, but I suppose you should read both and do your own side-by-side comparison. I did, even after the whole Oprah dressing down.
Arti: Maybe I should read some books ABOUT sex.
Carrie: I've started "A Short History" and it's fascinating. I didn't know that science could be so interesting.
Steve: I am approaching both books with some trepidation. I love to read about others' emotional recoveries. That way, I don't need to go into therapy myself, right?
